Churchwide Bible Study: Growing Strong in God’s Family

Growing Strong in God’s Family is a Bible study to help you grow deeper and stronger in your faith. This Bible study will help you have a more personal and intimate relationship with God, become built up in Christ, overflow with gratitude and be taught and instructed in God’s word. The Bible study is based on Paul’s encouragement to the Church in Colossae.

Colossians 2:6-7 Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.

This Bible study will require personal preparation each week. The preparation time is about 1 1/2 hours per week. Each person participation in the bible study needs to be committed to prepare each week, participate in small group discussions, memorize assign verse each week (you will learn how and we will help each other), be available for a check in once per week by text or phone call and be will to consider helping to lead a small group in the future. Growing Strong in God’s Family is the first Bible Study in a series of three.
